Ben Dodson is a high school senior at Levine Middle College High School in Matthews, North Carolina. Ben has been going to farmer's markets most Saturday mornings since age 6. Ben is an avid chef and enjoys travelling to new places to try new cuisines.

This website was completed in association with a research paper and a service project to fulful the requirements for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Graudation Project.

 

Ben plans to study Environmental Science at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC in the Fall of 2016.
